This wheel was specially developed for SUVs, MPVs and high performance prestige cars. The production of niche vehicles such as SUVs, MPVs and prestige cars is expanding in the car market. Hence Fondmetal’s decision to create a wheel which could fulfil the requirements of those customers that want a product with top technical features as well as an exclusive and distinctive design.

The 9X perfectly fulfils these requirements: the wheel combines a fashionable look with excellent resistance to high workloads. Its design is enhanced by the adoption of the Steel Lip system, i.e. a hand-polished stainless steel ring around the rim that was introduced by Fondmetal in 2001, and by the use of special rivets made of anodized aluminium. Both these components emphasize and embellish the mock-two-piece look of this wheel.
